What is FANDEX?
FANDEX is the sports stock market where fans participate in free to play cash prize contests.
Can I compete in multiple contests at once?
Yes.
Do games that conclude after 12 AM count towards a nightly contest?
Yes. All games that start before 12 AM count regardless of when the game concludes. Exceptions are made for postponed games.
What controls share price?
The FANDEX algorithms that unbiasedly project future team performance.
What should I do if my account is compromised?

How are refunds and withdrawals handled for closed accounts?
If an account is closed, we will refund all the money in your account within 24 hours.
How do I know if my information is protected?
FANDEX uses the secure socket layer (SSL) to protect all of your confidential information.
Can I register more than one account?
FANDEX prohibits registering more than one account.
What is your withdrawal policy?
You can withdraw at any time. We will refund all the present money in your account by the next business day.
What can I use to deposit?
All major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal
Do I have to complete a W-9 form prior to withdrawing?
If you profit more than $600 annually on Fandex, the IRS requires you fill out a W-9 form.
Can I trade mid-season?
Absolutely. Trade as often as you please. You can trade based on draft picks, pending player trades, schedule releases, and injuries or suspensions that significantly impact a team’s season, etc.
What happens in the event of a tie?
Ties count as a half win.
When are next season’s win totals released?
It differs by league, but usually 1-2 months after each season ends.
How are next season’s share price established?
Next season’s share prices increase and decrease in our established intervals from the price that they locked at the prior year. For example, for the NFL, if the Bears finish at $12, next season they increase and decrease in 5% intervals from a starting points of $12.
Does FANDEX exclusively use Vegas win totals?
No, we create our own totals that are often times similar to Vegas totals.
Why do some "lesser" teams have higher share price than "better" teams?
Because share price is based off of each team’s unique win total and "lesser" teams have lower win totals than "better" teams.
Is a large-market team like the New York Knicks valued more than a small-market team like the Oklahoma City Thunder? How about the popularity of the team, like the Cowboys or Yankees versus some of the newer franchises?
No. In FANDEX, the value of a team is not impacted in any way by the geography nor the real or perceived popularity of the team that drives up or down values in the sport’s business marketplace.
Can FANDEX be impacted by what happens on Wall Street?
No. Though based on real stock markets, FANDEX is not tied in any way to existing stock market
Are win totals ever changed after they're set?
Only in the event a win total is significantly reduced by a marquee player getting injured or suspended before the season has begun.
